NY1 News: Rotary Asks SI Residents to Change Light Bulbs to Blue for World Autism Awareness Day.  Wednesday April 2 marked World Autism Awareness Day, and to spread the word, the North Shore Rotary Club is asking Staten Islanders to change their light bulbs from white to blue.
