About Xi:
Xiomara Ayala moved to Staten Island in 2004 from her hometown Astoria, Queens. Xiomara started her banking career in 2001 at First Entertainment Credit Union as a teller. During her 5 years in FECU she progressed to being an Assistant Branch Manager. Looking to grow she joined JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Sales and Service Associate in Morristown NJ. Within 2 years at Chase she was able to achieve her Series 6, Series 63 and NJ & NY Health Insurance and be promoted to a Licensed Personal Banker before transferring to Staten Island in 2008. She continued her banking career in Empire State Bank in 2018 as a Community Market Manager which she develop great relationships, however, she knew Real Estate is what she was passionate about.
In February 2019, after 18 years of banking, Xiomara decided to focus on Real Estate full time. She felt she was able to gain in depth relationships by assisting in the needs of home or commercial ownership. Xi, as she is known by friends, colleagues and customers alike, has an innate ability to understand the needs of her customers and help them fulfill those needs. Xi’s warm inviting persona helps even the first-time home buyer feel comfortable.
Xi is fluent in both English and Spanish to further help her customers.
Xiomara is one of the contributing authors for the book “From Humble Beginnings…Success”.
Xi resides in West Brighton with her 2 beautiful children Giselle and CJ and her 2 loyal dogs, Xena and Coqui.
